SI 2 Dynamism

From the start, SI 2 Dynamism isn’t just about new technology factors like AI (Artificial Dynamism). It’s about Strategy Innovators working in Human Ecosystems; where we live — Our Municipalities — and supported in the SI 2 Lab; and as to doing new with new value creation outcomes through SI 2 Delta System Driven Initiatives.

The StratGen Strategic Innovation 2.0 Platform (SI 2) develops Strategy Innovators who are more capable in making impact for public good where we all live — in Our Municipalities. Technology may come into play in arenas like the Anthropogenic Climate to Climate Protection Transition. But first we need new Human Ecosystems to do new while we cope, coordinate, and maneuver as we establish resilience and then sustainability.

If AI turns into Artificially Intelligent Human Dynamism, we’ve got real problems. So, StratGen is about doing things AI cannot and must not: help define strategy and innovation with empathy, an ethic, and human genius. That’s the rest of the key to SI 2 Dynamism.

StratGen SI 2 is designed to bring together the renewing perspectives, tools, space, and shared identity our municipal experience needs today to create the future those living today will require a year from now; and the future those living in 2050 and 2100 will require. Sustainability needs a new dynamic: Sustainable Value Creation. SI 2 Dynamism is a new consulting services focal point where classic initiative facilitation; panel events; and what constitutes local news concerning many of the central risk and innovation opportunities today get an evolutionary platform innovation twist: Municipality to Municipalities (M2M) EESG (Economic, Environmental, Societal, and Governance) Comprehensive Development. We have the communication capability to share and grow opportunity much differently nationwide than was the case 25 years ago. Making things better 25 years from now means looking at our use of leadership, platforms, and maneuver (e.g., agility, flexibility, innovation, creativity) differently. There’s always more change all around us. But what does the democratic management of that change look like in each US municipality; and how do we work with Sustainable Value Creation and performance as to more desirable outcomes.

Leaders skilled at working with the differences of strategy, what is strategic, strategic management, and Strategic Thinking in context to Sustainable Value Creation is the difference between the acronym ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) and the sustainability outcomes we need right where we live: in Our Municipalities.
